Product Manager

Product Manager will be responsible for setting a product vision and strategy. He/ She would be expected to own the strategy behind the product along with its roadmap and work with development team to build what matters.

Responsibilities:

Software Product Development

  • Propose new features addressing business problems.
  • Participate in ideation meetings with business and development team to put together a vision based on vision & product roadmap and drive final solution design.
  • Prioritize feature releases as per the business requirement and own milestone tracking, as well as quality tracking of the releases.

Product Roadmap/Design

  • Take product decisions and often act as lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required.
  • Support the organization in bringing the product to market and work directly with customers (internal and external both)
  • Have exposure to agile methodologies of software development.

Team Management

  • Must have worked in cross functional team as individual contributor and mentor.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech /BE and MBA in IT or Computer Science/ Product Management.

Required Skillsets

  • Software Product Development life cycle, CRM Solutions, Product Design.

Language Expertise

  • English & Hindi

  • 6-10 years

Relevant Experience

  • 6-10 years

Any additional information

  • 5+ years of experience in software and product development.
  • Strong experience of more than 5+ years in building and implementing CRM Solutions In-house and Onsite.
  • Experience on developing product roadmaps and designs along with overseeing and governing complex CRM solutions.
  • Must have worked for a minimum of 3 years on implementation, development, upgrade on any CRM tool.
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations and build partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied key projects and/or relevant project management experience.
  • Must have qualitative experience in people management with virtual teams across geographies.
