GIAM- Global Inside Account Manager

GIAM would be responsible to determine the appropriate solution for addressing customer’s pain points and sourcing opportunities for the appropriate partners. That would need to be complemented with a closure solution which drives business values along with meeting client’s requirements.

Responsibilities:

Sales/ Inside Sales

  • Develop business plans and sales strategies to grow client’s revenue in assigned accounts.
  • Sourcing opportunities for the appropriate partners and closing on a solution that is deployed to meet clients’ needs while driving business value.

Global Account Management

  • Determine the appropriate solution to address customer’s pain point.
  • Develop, maintain and disseminate information to off-site team.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate

Required Skillsets

  • 5 years of minimum experience within sales and account management domain wherein minimum of 4 years would have been spent in the IT industry.

Language Expertise

  • Mandarin & English
