Retail Sales Executive

Retail Sales Executive would be responsible to look after consistent VPO (volume per outlet) and contribute towards increasing the number of outlets, thereby generating revenue for the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Number of reactive and proactive approaches taken with their outputs
  • Increased VPO/enlistment of new outlets
  • Consistent VPO (volume per outlet) and increase in number of outlets in accordance with targets; Managing low distributor attrition and exploration of newer markets

Retail  Management

  • Maintain relationship with the existing retail outlets while exploring new outlet
  • Maintain relationship with the retailers and distributors in the assigned market

People Management

  • ¬†Manage the team; recruit and train the team to help them generate revenue for clients

Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Post Graduate

Specific Certification

  • Experience in Field sales of Retail Industry/ Software/ Hardware

Required Skillsets

  • ¬†3+ years minimum experience with a retail sales and distribution management background
  • 2+ years minimum sales experience within the associated industry
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from all levels

Language Expertise

  • English & Hindi
