Snehashish, the Global Chief Executive Officer of Denave spearheads the strategic goals of the company and is instrumental in building the company’s future roadmap. In his role, he has a clear focus on operational excellence, innovation, expansion and profitability.
In his initial years at Denave, Snehashish established the services delivery model at Denave. He also spearheaded the creation of a remote services model to overcome geographical boundaries and led the company’s foray into global markets. Under his leadership, the company is poised to touch every part of the globe in the next 5 years.
Prior to laying the foundation of Denave in 1999, Snehashish has worked with multi nationals like Wipro and Microsoft where he gathered a wealth of business and technology experience. He has handled sales and marketing responsibilities in these companies in multiple capacities.
Backed by a dynamic career span of over 24 years, Sunil is the CEO of Denave’s India operations. As a part of the leadership team, Sunil is focused on the year-on-year success in achieving revenue and business growth objectives. He has functional expertise in handling the business operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources, strategic planning and implementation.
Sunil has played a pivotal role in Denave India’s customer acquisition focus and has been instrumental in opening new industry doors for the company by getting in marquee customers. He has been equally involved in stabilizing delivery to clients.
Sunil’s past experience includes various leadership positions held in leading organizations in Office Automation, Telecom, Software and BPO space. In his past roles, Sunil was focused on Sales Operations, Strategic initiatives and exploring new market opportunities.
As the CEO of Denave Europe, Jazz is responsible for managing and driving the company’s EMEA and USA operations. He has a strong commercial awareness and understanding of both the markets as a result of his rich professional experiences. Jazz inspires management teams with his track record of success, experience, knowledge of the marketing services sector and his focus on developing people. As part of Denave’s leadership team, he plays a key role in the company’s strategic decisions and in devising plans tap new markets and opportunities.
Prior to his association with Denave, Jazz was the Managing Director of iSOURCe EMEA & APAC. He has been fundamental in driving strong results and tangible ROI on marketing and sales campaigns for technology clients including IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and HP. Jazz brings more than sixteen years of experience and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
With an experience of over 20 years in the telesales industry, Dharma is the Country Director of Denave’s Malaysian operations. His prime charter at Denave is to oversee the Malaysia Delivery Centre operations, contribute in strategic planning, align the team with the future roadmap, and build the strengths and capabilities as per business requirement.
Dharma is a consummate professional with excellent planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills, as well as the ability to build and lead effective sales teams.
Dharma’s past stints have been with industry-leading companies such as Juniper Networks, ServiceSource, HP Software, TeleDirect, Cisco Systems etc., where he has handled multifaceted roles encompassing sales management, client relationship management, strategy planning, account management, team management, revenue generation and judicious utilization of resources. In his past roles, he has driven end-to-end selling processes, developed and managed key stakeholder relationships, focused on positive client experience by ensuring adherence to service quality norms and providing effective leadership to the team.
Over 25+ years’ experience in APAC & India handling sales, marketing (channel & retail), business development roles, M P Narayanachar joined Denave Singapore in year 2011. Responsible for Denave’s expansion in the region, he has been driving the growth by bringing new logos and handling overall business management for the region.
Prior to joining Denave, he was with Publicis Group (Solutions Digitas / Razorfish) in Singapore as Regional Program Director & later as domain expert in Retail & Trade Marketing Services. His past experience also includes working in IT distribution role and retail marketing, apart from being the driving force behind HP’s foray into digital photography / photo printer’s business in India.
With over 20 years of experience in architecting Enterprise Solutions, Prashant has the mandate to digitally transform Products & Services at Denave. His focus is to progressively build technology enabled processes, support revenue and business growth drivers and enrich service/product offerings.
In his past stints, Prashant had built several strategic systems for Snapdeal and managed large-scale transformational programs for Infosys. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies like Nordstrom, Emerson, Del Monte Fresh Produce, Arrow Electronics, etc. across locations in America, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and India.
Over the years, he has architected and successfully managed ERP, CRM, SCM, HCM, BPM & BI multi-million dollar engagements.
Under his guidance, the team is focused on creating centralized database offering on cloud, identifying whitespace with statistical intelligence, building propensity platforms, enhancing Sales Motion Products & Services and automating internal functions.
Geeta is currently heading Denave’s Transformation agenda. Her charter is to assess and analyze every process, service and skill in this engine and bring capacity and capability in attaining Denave’s overall objective. Geeta plays a key role in piloting new Denave services and supporting new program stabilization as part of her charter. Backed by over 17 years of rich experience, Geeta has served general management, strategy and leadership roles across diverse genre of businesses.
She commenced her career with Microsoft Corporation (Delhi) and subsequently moved to Ahmedabad (Gujarat), where she engaged with a multifarious group having development and operational interests in the hospitality segment. Over the years, as a part of her general management and strategy roles, she has successfully set-up pragmatic work cultures, managed multidimensional disciplines, worked with cross functional teams and has been exposed to complexities and challenges of businesses and market dynamics.
Ritu, as the Global Head of Business Development & part of the Leadership team at Denave, is responsible for globalizing the Business Development engine for the organization, as well as managing a high-performance GAM function to help grow the business in identified global accounts and to ensure strategic alignments at a global level. She is also responsible for managing the Solutions & Research function at Denave which is mandated to drive market research & consultative discussions to provide the right sales solutions to the customers, as well as to identify & evaluate potential innovative service lines & geographic expansion areas for Denave, in line with the dynamic market eco-system.
She has many contributions to her credit, from managing the operations of B2B/Retail/Distribution sales operations, to building new services lines for Denave and over the last 5 years, driving the business development & key account management engine at Denave. Prior to Denave, she has worked in B2B, Distribution & Retail Sales operations roles with leading brands in the IT Industry.
With a diverse experience of 17 years across various business verticals and geographies in leadership position, Monney heads the Global Transition and Quality division at Denave. In this role, he is responsible for smooth migration of projects from concept stage to implementation stage along with key stake holders while taking care of critical quality vectors. His charter also comprises focusing upon building engagement platforms across geographies for process standardization.
Prior to Denave, Monney has worked with brands like ICICI PRUDENTIAL, Max life insurance etc. where he has held key leadership positions in channel management, corporate sales and sales management. In his last assignment with Power2SME, he was responsible for complete business operations handling P/L responsibilities for a vertical.
Kulbhushan is responsible for managing technology and knowledge services for Denave, backed by an extensive IT experience. He also leads the technology innovation development in the company and has successfully launched platforms such as myDEN, Tselina and Denave Learning Centre. His twenty years of rich professional experience in software engineering and management include various leadership and operational roles in software architecture, project management, design, development, implementation & support.
Prior to his association with Denave, he was serving a leadership role at Atlas Systems, his entrepreneurial stint, where he was driving the software delivery teams to execute multiple offshore development projects as well as software product development. Previously, he has handled various roles in software product development, ERP Support and software consulting services to clients during his tenure at Phase Forward Inc USA, NIIT USA Inc, and Ramco Systems.
Backed with over 17 years of experience, Boba heads the Compliance and Renewals business at Denave. In this profile, he also plays a significant role in managing accounts for key clients across India and APAC. He also focuses upon driving remote sales business across multiple geos and clients. His extensive experience comprises of his stints in various capacities across functions like client servicing, operations, contact center solutions and telesales along with business development.
Prior to joining Denave, Boba had been associated with industry names like Daksh, Ebookers/Intelenet and Flipkart in various profiles. Boba is also a sports enthusiast and an avid follower of football and F1 and loves to play games in his free time.
With an extensive experience of 24 years which also includes a brief entrepreneurial stint, Rajesh leads the Telesales Team in the capacity of Vice President. In this role, he is focused upon developing new tele-based business offerings while striving for a Gold Standard of delivery for the existing set of services. He also spearheads few strategic account relations for Denave and work closely with clients’ leadership teams to define their sales strategy while helping them in implementing the same.
He also works closely with other Geo heads to expand Denave’s tele sales footprints in multiple regions.
Prior to Denave, Rajesh has been associated with Fortune 500 brands like Xerox, GE and Dell. In his prior stints, he has led and transformed sales teams for channel, key accounts, product and telesales divisions of various organizations.
As the Vice President of Denave’s European operations, Freddie brings forth expertise in management, operations and sales to the Denave team. With over ten years of rich experience in sales and having managed multi-lingual projects for global brands including IBM, Oracle and Microsoft, Freddie is an integral part of the strategic team that is focused on strengthening Denave’s global offerings.
He has a proven track record in strategic development, organisational management and revenue generation and has identified and opened three new and profitable revenue streams that have been emulated by other organisations.
