    Min. 1+ years of experience in IT Sales. Proven track record in lead generation for B2B space. Must be highly analytical, Strong communicater and excellent client management skills.

Job Responsibilities

    • Engage with identified Enterprise/SMB accounts provided by TATA in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
    • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client’s products(Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
    • Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line of TATA

    • Convert campaign leads into sales opportunities through tele contact with customers
    •Interact with internal stakeholders to get the leads accepted, or understand in case it is not accepted and plough back the learnings.
    • Ability to take ownership and work independently
    • Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
    • Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines
    • Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales/service advisors
    • Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
    • Minimum Work-Exp of 1+ Years in IT sales background
